The laptimes is along the lines of the FootyTweets match update problem. It does seem as though they shouldn't be able to claim copyright on matches. I'd like to see someone brave enough to contest it.

Can the logo/name issues not be got round by adding a copyright symbol or something similar?

I can appreciate that having a logo on T-Shirts, saleable items cannot be allowed, but the fact that it is a free service negates the fact that the service adds value to the current data, and is therefore worth something.

I am very suprised at the lap times and results section. Does this mean all other books/websites pay for this data?</description>
